1. Under section 116(1) of the Consumer Protection Act 1999, every award made by the Tribunal is final and binding on all parties to the proceedings. However, any party dissatisfied with an award of the Tribunal can file an Application for Judicial Reveiw to the High Court for the High Court to reconsider the award. The Tribunal is not involved in the process of Judicial Review.
